U.S Department of Treasury Allocates $65 Million in New Market Tax Credits to Clearinghouse CDFI for Community Facilities and Native American Projects

Clearinghouse Community Development Financial Institution (Clearinghouse CDFI) announced today that it has been awarded a $65 million New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) allocation from the United States Department of Treasury. Clearinghouse CDFI will use the tax credits to finance the development of community facilities in underserved neighborhoods throughout the western United States. This includes hospitals, clinics, job training centers, and projects serving Native American communities.
