RONAN — Stephen Hunt, April Charlo, Erika Koskela, and Gary Woodcock saw a need in the area to keep Native foster children in the community with Native families. They joined forces to create Snqʷeyɫmistn, an intentional foster community on the Flathead Indian Reservation that revolves around the Salish way of life and medicine wheel.
