PABLO — Last week, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) announced that the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes would be one of six Tribal Nations in six states that will take the lead in the development of a pilot project on Missing and Murdered Indigenous Persons. The culturally appropriate pilot project is aimed at developing MMIP response guides entitled Tribal Community Response Plan (TCRP) that will be utilized by other Tribal Nations. They can be amended and tailored t
