The Calaveras Community Foundation (CCF), a local non-profit charitable funds management organization, was recently given $10,000.
According to a press release issued by CCF detailing the nature of the donation on the part of the Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians, the donation is just one of many the Rancheria has made over the years. To date, more than $100,000 has been donated by Jackson Rancheria to CCF.
