Louisiana tribes urge Biden to invite U.N. to investigate failure to respond to climate change

Last year in January, four Louisiana Native American tribes and an Alaskan tribe filed a complaint to the United Nations alleging that the United States federal government failed to protect their lives, homes and places where their ancestors are buried.
