VANCOUVER - The Native Arts and Cultures Foundation announced the 2020 Mentor Artist Fellowship awards, naming Colville Tribal artists Joe Feddersen and Julie Edwards amongst a list of mentors and mentees in the Mentor Artist Fellowship.
